Refunds and Returns for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded.

Under UK consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period normally available for online purchases does not apply once digital content has been accessed or downloaded with your consent.

For this reason:

  • All purchases are considered final once access to the digital product has been granted.

  • Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind or accidental purchases.

  • We are unable to provide refunds for issues related to device compatibility where the required technical conditions were clearly stated.

Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, or significantly different from what was described, we will work to resolve the issue.

Our process may include:

  1. Helping you download the file again or providing a new download link

  2. Supplying a corrected or replacement file

  3. Providing an alternative method of accessing the product

If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full refund may be issued.

Exceptional Refund Situations

n certain cases, we may review refund requests where:

  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally

  • A billing error occurred

  • A technical issue on our system prevented access and cannot be resolved
